Backed by a tradition of quality, The Pittsburgh Paints Co. guarantees your complete satisfaction with the performance of this product when applied to a properly prepared surface in accordance with label directions. THE PITTSBURGH PAINTS CO. MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN YOUR SINGLE-FAMILY HOME, IF THE PRODUCT FAILS TO CONFORM TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THE PITTSBURGH PAINTS CO. WILL, AT YOUR OPTION, FURNISH REPLACEMENT PRODUCT OR REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES (1) LABOR OR COSTS OF LABOR FOR THE APPLICATION OR REMOVAL OF ANY PRODUCT AND (2) ALL OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary by state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, supply dated proof of purchase to the store of purchase or to The Pittsburgh Paints Co., 400 Bertha Lamme Drive, Cranberry Township, PA 16066.

Canada Warranty Information

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: The manufacturer warrants your complete satisfaction with the performance of this product for as long as you own or reside in your home when our product has been applied and maintained according to label directions. This satisfaction guarantee is non-transferable. The manufacturer does not warrant against problems with the product which are caused by factors beyond its control, such as structural defects, damage to the coating film by others, poor condition of the substrate, improper application, etc. If not satisfied as warranted, return the unused portion along with sales receipt to place of purchase. You will receive as your exclusive remedy either a refund of the price paid for the product or replacement with product of equal value. This warranty specifically excludes labour or costs of labour for the removal or application of any coating and indirect, special, consequential, and incidental damages.

GARANTIE DE SATISFACTION : Le fabricant garantit votre entière satisfaction à l’égard du rendement de ce produit tant que vous êtes propriétaire ou résident de votre maison, à condition que le produit ait été appliqué et entretenu conformément aux directives sur l’étiquette. LIMITED WARRANTY: The manufacturer warrants performance of its products to its intended use if properly applied in accordance with the label directions and the specifications of the technical data sheet. Having no control over the application methods and conditions or the circumstances related to its use, no other warranty, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise is given. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable or assignable. If the product fails to conform to this limited warranty, we will, at your option, furnish replacement product or refund the purchase price. This limited warranty excludes (1) labour or costs of labour for the application or removal of any product and (2) all other direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
